My Academy is run by Prateek Gupta (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

The service

My Academy builds question papers, practice sheets and quizzes, with answer keys and solutions, from a bank of questions, in a conversation with an AI assistant. It is free while we launch, with a limit on papers a day. We may change the service, its limits or its price; anything you would pay for, you will be told about first.

Your account

You must be 18 or over and use it as a teacher. One account is for one person; keep it to yourself. You can close it at any time from your account page.

Check before you print

Questions, answer keys and solutions can contain mistakes, and the assistant’s replies are written by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for checking every paper before you give it to students.

What you may do with your papers

You may print, copy and share the papers you make with your own students, in class or online, including as part of teaching you charge for. You may not sell or publish the questions as a collection, copy the question bank in bulk, or use the service to build another one.

What you add

Names, logos, covers and headers you add must be yours to use, and must not pass you off as another institute. Do not upload anything unlawful, and do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may suspend an account that does.

Our responsibility

The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

If these terms change, you will be asked to accept them again before you go on.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Grievances and contact
